Terms and Conditions

1. General:

  • With landlord Eggink Willem u. de Boer Sigrid (Hereinafter: Casa Drei Mädel), these general terms and conditions refer to the villa located at Seltschach 194, 9601 Arnoldstein, Austria for which the booking is made and the rental agreement is concluded, of which these general terms and conditions form part.
  • In these general terms and conditions, tenant means the contracting party and tenant of the holiday home referred to in the previous point.
  • Deviations from these general terms and conditions can only be agreed in writing. Orally agreed agreements only apply if they have been recorded in writing between the parties.
  • Casa Drei Mädel will handle and process the data provided to it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

2. Offers, prices & rates:

  • The prices and rates stated on the Casa Drei Mädel website are leading. Casa Drei Mädel is not bound to any different prices stated on other websites.
  • The offers, prices and rates stated on the website referred to in the previous point are without obligation and are subject to interim changes. The price stated when making the booking is the price that will be used for the rental agreement.
  • The prices always include sales tax.

3. Books:

  • After making the booking, Casa Drei Mädel will send the tenant a confirmation email with:
  • o A complete overview of the reservation
  • o The general terms and conditions
  • o The down payment invoice.
  • By paying the deposit, the tenant agrees to the general terms and conditions and the booking is final.

4. Payment plan:

  • Payments must be made to the Casa Drei Mädel bank account stated on the invoices. The day of payment is the moment of credit to this bank account.
  • Down payment: 30% of the rental amount no later than 7 days after receipt of invoice.
  • Principal sum: 70% of the rental sum, deposit plus cleaning costs and costs of the chosen services: no later than 42 days before the first day of rental.
  • Final settlement invoice concerns the consumption costs (electricity) will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
  • Local taxes such as tourist tax are settled with the manager at the rental destination.
  • For bookings made within 6 weeks before the first day of rental, the entire amount (down payment and principal) must be transferred immediately.
  • If the tenant does not pay within the agreed terms, the tenant is in default.
  • The tenant then has 3 days to make the agreed payment. If this second term expires, all collection costs and any legal proceedings and enforcement costs will be borne by the tenant.
  • If payments are not made on time or incorrectly, Casa Drei Mädel can terminate the rental agreement.

5. Arrival and departure

  • The tenant can enter the holiday home from 4:00 PM on the first day of rental and must leave the holiday home by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
