1. Final cleaning and laundry:
- Upon arrival, the tenant checks the holiday home and reports any lack of cleaning. If there is a complaint about this, the tenant can report this to the manager within 48 hours of arrival.
- The tenant must leave the holiday home broom clean and put the washed dishes back in the right place.
- The tenant may not use the beds without bedding. If damage occurs to the mattresses and blankets due to not using the bed linen, Casa Drei Mädel will invoice the tenant for this on the final settlement invoice.
- Casa Drei Mädel takes care of the final cleaning and cleaning of the bed and linen; For this, Casa Drei Mädel charges the tenant the rates stated in the booking calendar.
- If additional cleaning costs arise due to negligence or incorrect use by the tenant, this will be invoiced to the tenant by Casa Drei Mädel on the final settlement invoice.
2. Additional costs
- Electricity is calculated afterwards based on consumption during the rental period and deducted from the deposit.

- The meter readings are taken by the manager before the tenant's arrival and after departure.
3. Damage general:
- Upon arrival, the tenant must fully inspect the holiday home for any damage.
- If damage is discovered on the part of the tenant, he must report this immediately upon arrival (within 48 hours at the latest) via info@casadreimadel.com
- A call can only be made if the damage makes it impossible to use the holiday home, see article 7.
- Casa Drei Mädel will do its best to resolve the damage as quickly as possible, within reason and fairness.
- The tenant gives Casa Drei Mädel the opportunity, opportunity and cooperation to resolve the object of the damage. The tenant will also contribute to ensuring that the object of the damage does not become worse.
- Early departure due to damage must be explicitly agreed by the tenant with Casa Drei Mädel.
4. Damage caused by the tenant:
- Damage caused by, or under the responsibility of, the tenant

- After departure, on behalf of Casa Drei Mädel, the holiday home is checked during every cleaning for damage caused during the rental period and missing items from the inventory.
- Casa Drei Mädel will only refund the deposit to the tenant after the damage has been repaired or the inventory has been replenished.
- The costs of the damage will be deducted from the deposit and stated in the final settlement invoice, unless it concerns damage that was not caused by the tenant and the tenant has reported this damage immediately upon arrival.
- If the costs for repairing the damage are higher than the deposit, the difference will be invoiced to the tenant by Casa Drei Mädel in the final settlement invoice
5. Complaints:
- If the tenant has a complaint during his stay, for example about inadequate cleaning or defects in the holiday home, he or she must report this immediately, no later than within 48 hours of arrival or after the complaint has arisen if it only arises during the rental period.

- Casa Drei Mädel will do its best to answer the complaint within 24 hours, by email or telephone. In the event of force majeure, such as disruptions in utilities, construction work, road closures, strikes, disasters and other matters over which Casa Drei Mädel has no influence, Casa Drei Mädel is not liable and no compensation can be claimed.
6. Swimming pool conditions:
- Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
- The pool is maintained from May to the end of September, depending on the weather this period can be extended or shortened.
- The tenant must ensure that children who use the swimming pool are supervised. Casa Drei Mädel is not liable for the safety of children and adults who cannot swim well.
- It is not permitted to switch on the swimming pool heating yourself, as this can lead to serious damage if used incorrectly. The temperature can be set in consultation with the manager.
- After use, the cover over the swimming pool must be replaced. This is to ensure the safety, temperature and pollution of the water.
