Cancellation conditions

Cancellations:

1. Cancellations must be made via info@casadreimaedel.com
2. Cancellation costs:

• Up to 42 days before the first rental day: 30% of the total amount, which corresponds to the down payment.
• From 42 days before the first rental day: 100% of the total amount.
• No-show: 100% of the total amount.

In deviation from the above, Casa Drei Mädel can refund the costs up to a maximum of the down payment if new tenants are found for the period concerned at the same rental price. If the tenant finds another tenant themselves, this person will be accepted by Casa Drei Mädel on the same conditions, upon payment of administrative costs of € 50,- by the tenant to Casa Drei Mädel.

In case of matters that make the rental fully or partially impossible, such as natural or political disasters and epidemics, both Casa Drei Mädel and the tenant can cancel the rental agreement in mutual consultation. In this case, the tenant will be refunded the total amount.
